Sandwich Buffet A display of ham, turkey, roast beef, and salami, accompanied by lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and a variety of cheeses including, cheddar, Colby jack, and Swiss. Served with a selection of breads and rolls, condiments, chips, and potato salad.

Taco Bar Seasoned ground beef, served with hard & soft tortilla shells, salsa, lettuce, tomato, onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, and black olives. 

Lasagna Buffet Homemade lasagna with ricotta cheese, Italian sausage, and and marinara sauce, served with garlic breadsticks.

There is a minimum of 20 people for this buffet.
