Sandwich Buffet

There is a minimum of 20 people for this buffet.

$15 per person

This buffet includes potato salad, chips, and condiments. A display of ham, turkey, roast beef, and salami,

accompanied by lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and a variety of cheeses including, Cheddar, Colby Jack, Swiss, and

Pepper jack….. Served with a selection of breads and rolls.

May choose two entrees with no additional cost. More than two choices will be charged $2 per person extra.  All entrees include chefs choice vegetable.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Filets Two 5oz. bacon wrapped pork filets topped with caramelized onion jus lie

Cherry Chicken 7oz. sauteed chicken breast topped with cream sauce, sundried cherries

Prime Rib 12oz. slow roasted prime rib served with au jus  (minimum 15 orders)

Walleye Amandine 10-12oz. walleye baked with wine, lemon and butter, topped with toasted almonds.

NY Strip 10oz. NY strip loin, grilled, and topped with wild mushroom demi-glace.

Herb Roasted Chicken Half chicken slow roasted with herbs topped with an alfredo sauce and finished with balsamic glaze.

Stuffed Breast of Chicken A double lobed chicken breast, filled with red peppers, asparagus, and fresh basil.

Filet Mignon Grilled 7 oz. tenderloin topped with a French onion jus lie.
